Internet television, a second life

There is in psychotherapy an experimental technique through which you must play your own role on a stage, and you must do it really, in the manner you used to perform role-plays when you were a young student.

For example, if you consider yourself Napoleon, the therapist is inviting you on a stage, is offering you generals, army and possibly a Josephine, depending on the therapist. This exercise helps the patient get back on Earth, be aware of real reality, not the virtual one.

If you think further of this exercise, it can have more impact upon the so-called normal people’s lives, which can have the surprise that they really do not know themselves; they do not know what their role is in their everyday life, both for themselves and for the others. Internet television can help you make the difference between natural and artificial and use virtual reality for your own benefit.

Nowadays, online television can offer us a second life, it can make us leave for a while real reality and create virtually another ego which sometimes can be even better than you are.
