Home Improvement was a popular comedy that ran for some time in the 1990’s and played on some stereotypes of gender roles, as well as the likeable buffoonery played out by Tim Allen. It became one of the most watched of all sitcoms during its nearly decade-long run. Home Improvement, after its initial run, went into syndication.
